Your clients, between showings.

Keyline is the CRM that fits in an agent’s pocket. Dictate what happened after a showing, see who to call today and keep every deal moving to closing.

Free during early access. Works in your phone’s browser and on your computer.

Keyline’s Today screen on a phone, with three overdue follow-ups.

Built around an agent’s day

Overdue tasks: follow up with Lucía on the valuation date, call Ana Ruiz about listing photos.

Know who to call today

Today opens on what needs you: tasks due, overdue follow-ups and the clients you haven’t spoken to in 30 days.

Overdue items stay red until they’re done. Tick one off with a tap.

Contact actions: Call, Text, Email, Log, Dictate and Task.

Every client on one page

Buyers, sellers, referrals and past clients, with their roles, tags, deals and every call, showing and note on one timeline.

Call, text or email from the contact. Do-not-contact flags switch those buttons off.

Estimated pipeline of $3,200,000 across three deals.

Deals from first call to closing

Move each opportunity through its stages and see your estimated pipeline at a glance.

Estimates on open deals are never mixed with what you actually closed.

Closed volume this month: $962,500.50, one pending.

Your numbers, without a spreadsheet

Record the transaction when a deal closes. Closed volume and commission add up by month, quarter, year or the last 12 months.

Each transaction counts once, and different currencies are never summed together.

Module switches for Pipeline and Transactions.

Your brand, and only what you use

Add your photo, brokerage, logo and DRE license number. Turn off pipeline, transactions, calendar or expenses if you don’t need them.

Turned-off modules keep their data. Switch between English and Spanish at any time.

Say what happened. Keyline drafts the record, you check it and save. Pick a note:

Nothing is saved until you confirm. The recording is transcribed and not kept.

Questions

Who is Keyline for? Real estate agents, starting in California, who want their clients, follow-ups and deals in one place on their phone. Each account is one agent’s private workspace; team workspaces are on the roadmap.

Do I need to install anything? No. Open Keyline in your phone’s browser or on your computer and sign in. Native iPhone and Android apps are in testing.

How do voice notes work? Tap Dictate and talk for up to two minutes. Keyline transcribes it and drafts the contact, activity, next step and follow-up task. You edit anything that’s wrong, then save. You can type the note instead.

Who can see my data? Only you. Every record is tied to your workspace and the database itself refuses requests from other accounts. Recordings are deleted after transcription.

Can I use it in Spanish? Yes. The whole app is in English and Spanish; switch in your profile whenever you like.

Can I import my contacts? Not yet. You add contacts by hand or by voice for now; importing from a CSV file is planned next, followed by other CRMs.

Does it sync with Google Calendar? Not yet. Keyline has its own calendar of your tasks and logged activities. Gmail and Google Calendar sync are on the roadmap.

What does it cost? Nothing during early access, with every feature included. Any future pricing will be announced in advance.
